Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Medical Laboratory Team Leader at Wexham Park Hospital to assist in leading the MLA team within a 24/7 shift pattern. You will support Associate Practitioners, perform appraisals, train new starters and ensure competency across the team.
