About St Andrew’s Nursing & Care Home

St Andrew’s is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the east of Sleaford). The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. It provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide, manage, and develop high‑quality catering service to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Operate a safe, professional, and cost‑effective catering service within company operational standards and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure residents receive a variety of nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day.
  • Ensure food orders made punctually twice a week and food costs remain within budget.

Role Requirements

  • Level 3 in Catering or commit to completing this qualification.
  • Minimum two years of catering experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience conducting effective person‑centred one‑to‑ones.
  • Minimum one year of people‑management experience.
  • Live within 20 minutes of the home.
