Lead Primary Care Pharmacist – GP Practice & Cluster Leadership

NHS Forth Valley is seeking an advanced pharmacist to lead a team delivering pharmaceutical care to patients within Primary Care in Forth Valley. You will be responsible for service delivery at cluster level and have an active role in training staff.

You will work clinically autonomously, make decisions in risk situations, and liaise with hospital and community colleagues and care homes to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care.
