Renewable Energy Support & Operations Coordinator

Infinity Energy Services in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact after installation. You will coordinate support requests, assist with setup and troubleshooting, and manage warranties through to resolution, working with installers and manufacturers to keep customers informed.

You will help ensure issues are resolved quickly, maintain records, and support the operations team to deliver smooth projects and service requests in a growing renewable energy
