Social Worker – Family Safeguarding | £6k Welcome Payment

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team. You will safeguard children, develop safeguarding plans, and work within a multi-disciplinary team while managing a caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, Care Proceedings and Looked After cases.

The post offers a £6,000 welcome payment (subject to terms) and a 4% annual retention payment after two years, with flexible hours and a 37-hour week in a recognised Ofsted-outstanding service.
