Senior Social Worker – Family Connect & Early Intervention

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker for the Family Connect service, a frontline hub for safeguarding referrals. The role supports early interim decision-making and coordination among Children’s Social Care, NHS, schools, and police within the two linked hubs (Triage and MASH).

The post is office-based with potential after induction for some homeworking and contribution to support Children and Family Advisors. Closing date 20 July 2026.
