Senior ICT Trainer & Clinical Systems Support Lead

BCUHB in Wales seeks a Senior ICT Support Officer / Senior Trainer to join the Digital ICT Academy within the ICT User Experience Team. You will deliver and develop training across clinical systems, offering hands-on support and continuous improvement to help staff use systems safely and effectively.

You will work with clinical teams and CCIO/CNIO functions, coaching staff, designing materials, and driving improvements across sites, including occasional evenings or weekends.
