Social Care Assessor – Empowering Adults (Permanent)

Cumberland Council is recruiting a Social Care Worker in the Screening and Assessment Team based at West Cumbria House, Workington. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, and pays £34,434 to £35,412 per year.

You will undertake strengths‑based assessments, promote independence and work with Health, Social Care and Third Sector partners to develop person‑centred support plans that deliver real outcomes for adults with care needs.
