22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – flexible around actual days worked). Salary: £16,752 – £17,445 per annum (£27,549 – £28,687 full‑time equivalent).
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and detail‑focused individual to support and administer an outstanding apprenticeship experience from recruitment through to completion. The role will support all aspects of the apprenticeship journey, ensuring that funding, enrolment and compliance requirements are met while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, employers and apprentices.
Responsibilities
• Support all stages of the apprenticeship journey, including recruitment, enrolment and compliance documentation.• Monitor and ensure timely reporting to funding bodies and internal stakeholders.• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Business Engagement & Apprenticeship team.• Deliver high‑quality service to colleagues, employers and apprentices, acting as a point of contact for queries and guidance.
