In-House Paralegal: Governance, Board Support & Contracts

Marks Sattin is recruiting an in-house Paralegal for a fast-growing Financial Services business in London. You will support the Legal and Governance team by preparing board packs, coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, and reviewing commercial contracts.

The successful candidate must currently work in-house as a Paralegal, have experience with co-sec and contract review, and hold a Law degree (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
