Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day‑to‑day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts
08:00 – 20:00 | 20:00 – 08:00 (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement
Day shifts, with very occasional nights.
Contract
36 hours per week on a temporary contract for at least 6 months – this may be extended or become permanent at a later date.
Driving License Required
Yes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting five individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care.
- Medication administration.
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budget management.
- Daily activities – from walks along the harbour, pub lunches, shopping trips to having a fun time.
