Crisis Support Officer – 24/7 Youth Care & Flexible Shifts

Serenity Welfare is seeking a Crisis Support Officer to nurture and assist Children and Young People facing family and community exclusion. The role focuses on promoting physical, emotional, and intellectual wellbeing while supporting social development.

You will work in a dynamic environment with shifts, commute to the Broxbourne head office when required, and may travel nationally. A full UK driving license and Enhanced DBS are required.
