WAA Apprenticeship Support & Recruitment Coordinator

Arcadis is recruiting a WAA Support Coordinator to support Welsh Apprenticeship Alliance initiatives. You will manage apprentices, recruit new intake and help progress careers in construction roles across Wales.

Key tasks include interview-based recruitment, employer matching, stakeholder workshops, funding/levy updates and representation at promotion events. Cardiff office presence two days weekly is required.
