Hybrid Works Scheduler & Customer Support Lead

SWARCO UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Works Scheduler to join our Customer Services team. You will coordinate reactive faults, planned maintenance, and engineer workloads to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role offers hybrid working and a 4-on/4-off day and night pattern. You will work with engineers, Service Delivery Managers and customers to manage service requests from receipt to completion, while maintaining strong focus on efficiency and SLAs.
