Family Support Keyworker: Complex Needs & Impact

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting Targeted Family Help Keyworkers to join teams across the county, including the Disabled Children’s Team. You will provide direct support to children and families with complex needs and deliver evidence‑based interventions.

We seek motivated individuals with a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, who can engage families, de‑escalate and maintain professional resilience. An enhanced barred‑list DBS check is required.
