The Role
We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production and service
- Manage, train, and develop staff members
- Handle stock control, inventory, and financials
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance
Skills / Experience Required
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organisational and communication abilities
- Hands‑on approach with a positive attitude
- Passion for fresh food and hospitality
