Role Overview
The Construction Tutor will plan for, teach and support learners to complete their Level 1 Construction related qualifications and employability. The role involves teaching, assessing and evaluating the competence and knowledge of learners seeking employment within a construction setting. The position focuses on engaging individuals facing barriers to work, enabling progression into construction roles or apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality remote and classroom‑based construction training as part of a Skills contract.
- Support learners to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence required to enter employment in the construction sector.
- Plan, teach, assess and evaluate learners’ progress.
- Work peripatetic across London locations, blending remote and in‑person delivery.
Location
Based in the Shepherds Bush office with regular face‑to‑face and remote delivery across London.
