Term-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Special Resource Provision

Short Heath Federation is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Short Heath Junior School. The role is term-time only, 30 hours per week, with a salary pro-rata to hours worked.

Starting salary is £18,413 per annum, with potential for higher pro-rata pay within the Grade G4 £26,403–£28,142 range. The position supports our new Specialist Resource Provision and works closely with a team to nurture and educate children with diverse needs.
