Senior Care Lead – Make a Difference

Wood Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate care for residents, assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities. You will support the medication round and lead the shift, building a warm, family‑like environment.

We welcome applicants with Care Home experience, or transferable care roles, and offer full training. A passion for care and a qualification is valued; shift flexibility is required.
