Senior Care Lead – Person-Centered Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in a full-time role for 33 or 44 hours per week. You will lead a team, develop personalised care plans and ensure dignity, security and independence for residents in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings.

You’ll support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, keep accurate records, and provide meaningful activities while upholding safeguarding standards. A Level 2 Diploma in ASC is preferred, with progression to Level 3 encouraged.
