Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician – Field-based

Home Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team. This permanent, full-time role based at Clarence Court in Spennymoor covers Durham and Wearside, performing repairs, decorating, cleaning, and practical tasks across properties and common areas.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours), liaising with customers, colleagues and contractors, with DBS checks paid by us and a strong benefits package.
