High Needs Intervention Coach: One-to-One & Small Groups

Leeds City College is seeking a High Needs Intervention Coach to deliver targeted, small-group or one-to-one interventions for SEND and SEMH learners within the Future Pathways department. The role supports EHCP targets and works with the High Needs Team Lead to promote progress.

The post is a 39-week role with a pro-rated salary of £23,902–£24,505. Evening/weekend events may be required. A Level 3 qualification and specialist intervention training are essential.
