Hands-On Pastry & Lunch Prep Commis Chef

Mokoko Bakery in Bath is seeking a pastry/food prep team member to join our handmade viennoiserie and bread-focused kitchen. You will assist in daily lunch menu preparation while maintaining the high standard of our artisanal products.

Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, this role involves preparing fillings, slicing sourdough sandwiches, cutting cakes and related tasks with a five-day pattern starting from 6:00am or later depending on the role.
