Senior Care Assistant — Lead with Kindness in Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You’ll lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised care plans, and help residents maintain dignity and independence.
