Retail Security Officer – Calm, Proactive Protection

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Aldermaston to protect customers, staff and stock while maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will deter theft, patrol premises, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents in line with company policy.

You will need a valid SIA license, strong observation, and the ability to handle incidents calmly, with excellent reporting and communication. Shifts include evenings/weekends and you will support the wider security team as required.
