Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Lawyer to step into a leadership role as a Conveyancing Team Leader / Supervisor . This position offers full flexibility with the choice of hybrid or fully remote working , giving you the work/life balance you deserve. n You will oversee a team of 10 staff (a mix of fee earners and support staff) while handling a manageable caseload. The firm caps lawyers at no more than 70 files , ensuring quality of work and reducing burnout.
