Job Description Property Litigation Paralegal role in London. n n My Client is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal with at least 1 year’s experience to join the team. n n The department acts for landlords and tenants in commercial and residential contentious property issues, including in enfranchisement.n n You will assist the team across a range of Property Litigation matters to include lease renewals, break options, dilapidations, applications for consent to assign/sublet, recovery of rent arrears, forfeiture, trespass, property related insolvency and contentious issues around telecommunications equipment etc. n n This is a full-time, permanent position, with a salary up to £36k and hybrid working is available.n n If you have the relevant experience and are keen to hear more, please contact me for more info….
