This is a great opportunity for an experienced  Personal Injury Paralegal  to join an established  Glasgow-based team  specialising in motor claims. n You’ll take ownership of your own caseload at  pre-litigation stage , focusing on investigation, liability assessment and negotiation, within a supportive environment that encourages career progression. n What’s on offer n n Competitive salary based on experience n Hybrid working (typically 2 days in the office, 3 from home) n Structured training and ongoing development n Bonus schemes and enhanced benefits package n Flexible benefits including additional holiday options n Pension, life assurance and enhanced family policies n Modern and collaborative working environment n n The role n As a  Personal Injury Paralegal in Glasgow , you’ll manage a caseload of motor claims at pre-litigation stage. n Your responsibilities will include: n n Handling RTA personal injury claims prior to litigation n Investigating claims and assessing liability and indemnity n Drafting correspondence and progressing matters efficiently n Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties n Maintaining accurate file and diary management n Delivering a high standard of client care n Using case management systems to manage and progress matters n n About you n This role would suit a  Personal Injury Paralegal / Claims Handler  who: n n Has  at least 2 years’ experience handling motor-related personal injury claims n Has experience focused on  pre-litigation work and negotiation n Is confident managing their own caseload n Demonstrates clear communication and negotiation skills n Is organised and able to prioritise effectively n Has strong IT and case management system experience n Takes a proactive and client-focused approach n n The environment n You’ll be joining an  established Glasgow team  with a reputation for delivering quality work and maintaining a supportive culture.
