Job Description THE FIRM n A well regarded and established full service commercial firm. n n THE ROLE n The commercial property team handles a wide variety of work including: n Acting for a number of property companies, off-shore funds and high net worth individuals dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property. n Matters include large portfolio sales and acquisitions and dealing with complex portfolio re-financing and re-structuring as well as the more standard sales, acquisitions and lease/management work. n The role will also include advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for mixed use schemes for public and private sector developers. n n THE CANDIDATE n n * 2-6PQE commercial property solicitor n * Excellent client care skills n * Commercial approach n n n n n Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy….
