The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm. n You will need to be a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management gained at a respected firm. n This is a mid to senior position, which will require some team leading or management experience.
