Location: Lurgan, Craigavon Area Client: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)

Pay: All Shifts: £14.13 per hour

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00am (finish time varies)
• Weekend Shift: 8:00am (finish time varies)
• Evening Shift: 5:00pm – 1:30am
• Night Shift: 11:30pm – 8:00am

Overtime: Time and a half

Join the Avondale team as a Hygiene Operative within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands on role requiring previous Hygiene experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Job Overview:

• Washing and sanitising production lines
• Cleaning bins, racks, and other production equipment
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the factory
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
• Reporting any hygiene or equipment issues to the relevant department
• Working closely with the hygiene team to ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous factory or hygiene experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Basic English required to understand procedures and safety guidance
