A thriving modern university in the South-East are seeking an Interim Deputy Director of Estates to undertake a consultancy assignment covering all aspects of masterplan and capital development alongside undertaking responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Interim Deputy Director will have two main deliverables of leading their current capital development programme in conjunction with assisting with their long-term estate strategy. The remit also includes planned/reactive maintenance and programme management of their lifecycle works
