About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for maternity cover for 6 months and with a possibility of extending to 12 months. Working directly for the Head of Invoicing and Administration, as well as assisting the rest of the UK team as required with general administrative tasks, the role of Administrative Assistant would suit a self-starting, motivated, organised and friendly team player with exceptional attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
• Data entry using Excel and Google Sheets
• Handling emails and phone calls from our customers, drivers and users
• Invoice preparation for both drivers and clients
• Incoming invoice verification
• Processing and uploading vehicle movement requests
• Monitoring and updating both internal and external platforms
• Trust Pilot review response
• Supporting the Head of Invoicing and Administration and the Operations Team as required
• Daily and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key Requisites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and familiarity with English working culture
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work with remote teams in a multinational environment
• Automotive industry experience preferable
• Home environment suited to remote working
Education and Experience
• GCSE or equivalent
• Administration and Business Support – 1 year (Preferred)
