⚙️ The RoleAs a Press Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
What You’ll Be DoingOperating press machinery and production equipment safely and efficientlyKeeping machines running and responding to minor stoppages where possibleMonitoring production output and reporting any issues to the Team LeaderCarrying out basic quality checks on finished productsAssisting with machine set-ups and product changeoversFollowing production schedules to meet daily targetsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentSupporting colleagues across the production area as required
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience within a manufacturing or production environment preferredExperience operating machinery or press machines is advantageousGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, hardworking, and willing to learnGood communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
