School Administrator – Secondary School, Leeds

We are looking for a Part‑Time School Administrator to work at a secondary school in Leeds.

About the role

  • Use the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data.
  • Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Cover reception duties.

Ideal applicant

  • Experience working in a busy school or college environment.
  • Passion for working within an educational environment.
  • Experience using SIMS (School Information Management System) in an administrative role.
