First Choice Homes Oldham seeks an exceptional Head of Investment Delivery to lead the delivery of the association’s £20 million annual investment programme, ensuring more than 11,500 homes remain safe, compliant and fit for the future.

Reporting to the Director of Assets & Sustainability, you will drive strategic investment, contract management and high-performing teams across planned works and disrepair services.
