Head of Safeguarding & Academy Excellence

Rotherham United Football Club is seeking an experienced safeguarding professional to ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation and best practice. You will work with safeguarding officers to embed a child-centered, safe environment and manage safeguarding policies, training and safer recruitment across the organisation.

Responsibilities include coordinating policy dissemination, leading training, handling audit procedures and maintaining accurate, confidential case records.
