Head of Data Engineering, Governance & BI

THG is seeking a Head of Data Engineering and Governance to own data structure, governance and reporting for its Beauty and Nutrition divisions. You will lead Engineering, Governance, and Reporting functions, working with Ingenuity to align platform needs across PLC and Ingen data infrastructure.

You will shape the roadmap, drive a single source of truth, build a high-performing team and influence senior stakeholders to enable trusted data across THG PLC.
