Refurbishment Site Manager – Student Housing (Contract)

Thorn Baker Construction seeks a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a student accommodation building in New Brighton. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills and proactive management of site operations within a tight timeframe.

You will coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors and suppliers, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor budgets and maintain site records, with start mid-July on a 7-week contract, Monday–Friday with weekend work.
