Lead Project Manager – Flood & Coastal Risk

Cumberland Council’s Flood & Coastal Risk Management team seeks a Project Lead to steer multi‑million‑pound flood and coastal projects across Cumberland. You will lead feasibility, business case development, procurement, design, construction and commissioning, managing consultants and contractors to deliver safe, on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

You will engage a wide range of stakeholders, ensure governance and grant conditions are met, and mentor colleagues to promote high‑quality delivery.
