Head of AI-Driven Revenue Operations

BLP Digital, the AI-native ERP automation leader, is expanding to London. We’re seeking a VP Revenue Operations to own the operating system behind our commercial org, partnering with the Global SVP Sales to design how Marketing, Sales and Customer Success connect and grow.

This builder role emphasizes delivering scalable platforms over busywork, with ownership of GTM tooling, data integration and a roadmap to €100M+ ARR. You’ll recruit and lead a high‑caliber RevOps function from scratch.
