Finance Strategy Leader, Global FP&A & Workforce

Wise is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner Leader to join our FP&A team in London. You will oversee the financial oversight of Core Functions, mentor two Senior FBPs and an Analyst, and drive workforce cost optimisation and location expansion strategies.

You will partner with the CPO and leadership teams to shape long-term financial strategy, governance of headcount, and data-driven decision making across the organisation.
