Lead Retail Park Asset Manager – Hybrid, 14‑Month FTC

British Land is seeking an experienced asset manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail parks, starting from Regent’s Park, London, on a hybrid basis (4 days in office). The role reports to Head of Retail Parks and focuses on implementing asset business plans, managing performance, and delivering long-term value for investors.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with external partners, and shape leasing strategies while ensuring adherence to asset management processes.
