Senior IC Lead Software Engineer — Data-Driven, Full-Stack

Searchland.co.uk, a London prop-tech company, is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to own a data-heavy product end-to-end using Next.js, tRPC, React and Tailwind. You will report to the CTO and translate complex data into actionable insights for the UK property market.

The role emphasises coding over people management, with ownership of PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and Elasticsearch-driven search and filtering across large datasets. Equity is included as part of the package.
