Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Services across a three-site commercial portfolio.
• Manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and compliance.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works.
• Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Technical Services or Hard FM management experience.
• Strong M&E and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
