Office Attendance

Our roles are hybrid; you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office 1-3 days per week for this position. Some ad hoc travel to London may be required.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll work closely with senior commercial managers across the Partnerships team; helping identify and resolve problem statements for a variety of products.
  • You’ll build and maintain demand models to ensure our customers get the right product at the right time for them whilst driving efficiencies across Partnerships.
  • You’ll drive forward AI within partnerships – working with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to launch new tools and enhance our customer journeys.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues across the whole of the Insurance & Money Services as well as 3rd parties including Travelex and Blackhawk. This will provide you with a broad perspective of multiple markets and the opportunity to increase understanding of the commercial markets we operate in.

Minimum criteria

  • Strong data science capabilities; we work with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot Studio and PowerBI so an understanding of these platforms will be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark (or PySpark, SparkSQL) and DAX.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical models and processes for our commercial colleagues.
  • Commercial acumen to identify and drive forward trade driving and efficiency solutions.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build meaningful connections with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • A customer orientated mindset to ensure we consistently hold them at the heart of what we do.
