EMEA Data Privacy & Commercial Contracts Counsel

Global Bank is seeking a Data Privacy & Commercial Contracts Counsel to join its London office and support UK and European banking entities. The role blends privacy law expertise with broad contracts experience to deliver compliant, commercially sound solutions.

You’ll lead privacy programs, oversee DPIAs, DSARs and cross-border transfers, and manage procurement and technology agreements including SaaS, outsourcing and licensing in a global banking context.
