Senior Human Factors Consultant – Rail Systems & Safety

WSP is seeking an experienced Senior Human Factors Consultant to lead multiple projects, support junior colleagues, and ensure high‑quality delivery across rail and infrastructure programmes. You will manage bids through to completion and work closely with clients to understand objectives.

You will deliver Human Factors Integration and risk‑based analysis, guiding multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, efficiency and accessibility.
