Senior Vacuum Coating & Process Scale-Up Engineer

Jackson Hogg is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead vacuum coating and film manufacturing scale-up in a North East England site-based role. You will work at the interface of R&D and commercial production, developing and optimising processes for scale-up and transfer to manufacturing.

You will collaborate across engineering, science and production teams to troubleshoot, improve performance and drive successful deployment of an emerging technology in a fast-paced environment.
