ServiceNow HRSD Analyst: HR Transformation & Delivery

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a ServiceNow HR Business Analyst consultant to join our Employee Experience and HR practice. This role focuses on translating HR requirements into clear user stories and functional outcomes, bridging business and delivery teams without hands-on configuration.

You will contribute to HR Service Delivery implementations, support workshops, document workflows and contribute to proposals, with a clear pathway to more senior advisory roles within Capgemini Invent.
